If however, you know, deep in your heart, that something is fundamentally broken in our government, that right and wrong are no longer equivalent with legal and illegal; if you have realized that our government has  become the secular god of statism with our legislators as priests and our taxes as our tithes whom we trust to keep us healthy, make us wealthy, and be wise in our stead; if you can sense that our economy is careering out of control and is literally a catastrophe in the making, then I urge you to watch all 11 videos (103 minutes in total) and consider how you will respond.

Don’t believe the lie that the false god of government tells you through it’s false prophet the media.  They would have you believe that you are not capable of self government.  You are.   You have more common sense by yourself than entire branches of government put together.  Do you know why?  Because they are not put together to be sensible and wise.  They have another end in mind… control.

Watch these videos and if they speak to your heart, let us build a new and free society together.  We don’t need to overthrow our current government, for it will self-destruct on its own.  We simply need to take the responsibility for governing ourselves back into our own hands.  Self-control, self-reliance, and self-government all go hand-in-hand.

We have all been so frequently burned by lying, opportunistic, hypocritical representatives that I understand the tentativeness surrounding and accepting a new process and believing it will improve our situation. On one hand, we won’t get any significantly improved results by continuing to use the same processes. I believe it was Albert Einstein who said that continuing to do the same thing and expect different results is a form of insanity. That describes our election process. We must create a new process to find, select, elect and hold accountable our representatives. This new process must focus on getting highly qualified citizen representatives into office to replace the career politicians who have taken control of our government. The term “public servant” has become oxymoronically opposite of what it is supposed to be. They act like our masters and then refer to themselves in false humility as our servants.

The word “tyranny” comes to the English language from the Latin tyrannus which means “illegitimate ruler.”  The definition is a person who rules over people against the best interests of the people, by force or coercion.  Historically, in Greece the tyrants were influential opportunists that came to power by securing the support of segments of the population.  In “The Social Contract”, Rousseau explained, “In the exact sense, a tyrant is an individual who arrogates to himself the royal authority without having a right to it. This is how the Greeks understood the word ‘tyrant’: they applied it indifferently to good and bad princes whose authority was not legitimate.” The key characteristics of a tyranny are:  Opportunism, Heavyhanded rule, and Illegitimacy.  Rahm Emmanuel is infamous for his brash statement, “Never let a crisis go to waste.”  This is a classic tactic of a tyrant.  Heavyhanded rule is when the leaders decisions are forced on the citizens.  Our current healthcare debate is an example of forced legislation.  This is an area that the citizens are consistently voted down and demanded that government stop attempting to take over and yet they persist in taking control.  Again, this is a characteristic of a tyranny.  Finally, we have the question of the illegitimate leader.  Our founders would not be distracted by the fact that our government consists of elected leaders.  Simply because we have the form of self-government does not mean that we have a truly representative government.  With overwhelming evidence of thorough corruption throughout our entire governmental system, we can not brush off claims of tyranny because our leaders are elected.  We the People are not being represented by our Imperial Congress.  They have rigged the system to maintain their grasp on power and have outright manipulated the system to produce the results they desire.  Our elected leaders serve the people within the limitations of the Constitution.  When they go outside of these boundaries, which they frequently do, they are no longer legitimate leaders, rather they are illegitimate rulers.  In sum, because our leaders have used crises to push their agendas, have forced laws and regulations on the citizens against their will, and have ignored the constitutional limitations on their power, they actively demonstrate all of characteristics of a tyranny.

Sic Semper Tyrannis

Until today nothing was ever thought of sacrificing to our country’s wrongs. For six months we had worked to capture, but our cause being almost lost, something decisive and great must be done. But its failure was owing to others, who did not strike for their country with a heart. I struck boldly, and not as the papers say. I walked with a firm step through a thousand of his friends, was stopped, but pushed on. A colonel was at his side. I shouted Sic semper before I fired. In jumping broke my leg. I passed all his pickets, rode sixty miles that night with the bone of my leg tearing the flesh at every jump. I can never repent it, though we hated to kill. Our country owed all her troubles to him, and God simply made me the instrument of his punishment. The country is not what it was. This forced Union is not what I have loved. I care not what becomes of me. I have no desire to outlive my country. The night before the deed I wrote a long article and left it for one of the editors of the National Intelligencer, in which I fully set forth our reasons for our proceedings.

Boothe believed that he was removing a tyrant who was unfit for ruling the country.  He believed that Lincoln had fundamentally, and possibly irreparably, changed the very fabric of our nation.  Without what he believed was bold and decisive action, the nation would no longer be what it once was.  History favors the winners and Boothe fought for the losing side of history.  As the nation ended the war in the North’s favor, he has gone down in history as a traitorous assassin rather than as a patriotic hero.

Rebellion to Tyrants is Obedience to God

A tyrannical government is not just, because it is directed, not to the common good, but to the private good of the ruler, as the Philosopher states (Polit. iii, 5; Ethic. viii, 10). Consequently there is no sedition in disturbing a government of this kind, unless indeed the tyrant’s rule be disturbed so inordinately, that his subjects suffer greater harm from the consequent disturbance than from the tyrant’s government. Indeed it is the tyrant rather that is guilty of sedition, since he encourages discord and sedition among his subjects, that he may lord over them more securely; for this is tyranny, being conducive to the private good of the ruler, and to the injury of the multitude
.

It is clear that when the goals of the tyrant do not serve the people, but rather lord over them the wishes of the ruler or a ruling class, they it is clearly a tyranny and should be overthrown.  The ruler represents authority and all authority should emulate God’s qualities.  When a government no longer represents God by reflecting His qualities, namely Life, Liberty and Property, then not only are its citizens justified in overthrowing it, they are responsible to do so.

Assisted by Rep. Louise Slaughter, Pelosi is working on a scheme to pass a House Resolution that will acknowledge the Senate bill without bringing the full bill to a vote.  This would supposedly give House Democrats political cover for not having to admit to actually voting on the healthcare bill while simultaneously passing it.  This is a mockery of our system of legislative checks and balances.  This is the very reason those checks and balances exist, to keep rash bills from passing too easily and to be certain this is what most of us wanted and felt was best for our nation.

The worst part of all of this is that our elected “leaders” don’t even care if we expose their hypocrisy and lies.  They have become so immoral and perverse that they no longer have a moral compass.  They are concerned only with what they can accomplish.   Right and wrong be damned.  I hear our founders calling out to the remnant of the American Patriots to come out and call them out.  We must rid ourselves of this corruptocracy.  Self-government is messy and involved.  So get involved and help us vote out incumbents and vote in true representatives.  You can no longer trust the R or the D.  The parties themselves are corrupt.  Visit www.gooooh.com and learn about a new system where we can tell them to Get Out Of Our House!  This system does not change our constitutional system of election, it merely changes the party election process.  If you want real change you must REALLY CHANGE.  Otherwise, you are simply a part of the problem.

Citizens are Governed, Subject are Ruled

We are citizens who are governed by consent; we are not subjects who are ruled by force. At least that is what our founders thought. They wrote, “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal”. No longer would we submit to a king or to the concept of noble birth. All men were recognized as created equal in the image of God. And in His image, we have been endowed “with certain unalienable rights”. It is not our government, our citizenship nor our birth that grant us rights; rather it is our very humanity. The role of government, according to our founders, is to protect these rights. They cannot grant them, they can only secure them. The power the government uses to secure our rights comes from… ourselves. In their words, “from the consent of the governed.”

Our founders, like the ancient Spartans outnumbered by the Persian army at the Battle of Thermopylae, chose liberty over life. They believed that certain principles were worth fighting for at all cost. Xerxes looked on at Leonidas and the Spartans in disbelief. He could not understand why someone would waste their life and their effort on an ideal like Liberty. In fact, according to Herodotus, he waited 4 days for the Spartans to stand down; but they never did. They were committed. They knew inherently that life without liberty was not worth living. Today many ask why one would “waste” their vote on an ideal like Liberty. Why would you fight a battle that you are doomed to fail? It is for Liberty. It is for the same reason our founders rebelled against one of the world’s greatest superpowers at the time. They fought to be free, they fought to be active and engaged in how they were governed. They refused to be ruled by tyrants and demanded a government by consent. Are we willing to do the same?

Have you considered that altogether we pay somewhere in the range of 40-50% tax? Have you considered that incumbents are re-elected 95% of the time even when Congress’ approval rating are in single digits? Are you willing to consider that you have been lied to, cheated, and abused by your chosen “leaders” for so many years, that our election system has become little more than a tyrant selection? Many would direct you to retake your party instead of thinking for yourself. Why would you believe a party that listens to you long enough to get elected and then ignores you for the duration of their term? It is a historical fact that our government has created an ever-increasing mountain of debt that has rarely done anything other than increase during terms of both parties. They have engaged our military in so many countries around the world that we have not been able to effectively keep our country safe domestically. Our state governments have continually judicially forced issues like homosexual “marriage” which has been voted down by the people every time it appears on a ballot. Elected officials do not hold themselves to the same standards they enforce on others. How much corruption, graft, greed, manipulation, theft, crime and immorality are we willing to allow our elected leaders to indulge in before we merely hold them accountable?

The question remains, are we willing to walk in the steps of our founders and of the ancient Spartans before them? It seems clear, by all that is wrong in our culture, that we are deluding ourselves by calling ourselves free and pretending we are not subjects. We have allowed ourselves to be ruled once again by a distant, unsympathetic elite who see us as a source of revenue rather than as sovereign citizens capable of self government. To be free, we must first believe that we ought to be free.

How Could You Know?

You are not free. You don’t realize it and when it’s pointed out to you and proven by fact, you scoff and dismiss it. It is not your fault that you don’t accept the truth of your bondage, but it is your problem. You can’t be expected to understand something you’ve never actually experienced, and you’ve clearly never experienced the freedoms our forefathers won for us over 200 years ago. First, we need to define the liberty that America’s founders fought and died for. Madison, Jefferson, Franklin, Hamilton, these men believed that through Natural Law, we had rights given to us by God. These rights were unalienable; they could not be taken from us. Among the most central of these inherent rights are Life, Liberty, and Property. These three elements are key indicators to what extent freedom exists.

Life

Every human has been created in the image of God. God is life. Life is sacred and must be honored and respected. If our life is taken from us, we do not have the most basic inherent right of freedom. In America today there is a holocaust of child murder happening in the name of convenience and enabled by corrupt leadership. We justify it by calling it something softer, “abortion”. We make ourselves feel better by diverting the argument toward “choice” rather than “life”. An essential logical principle from our founding is that our rights are limited when they would overstep someone else’s rights. My rights are not more important than another’s. Therefore my “choice” cannot trump another’s “life”. Another essential element to the right to life is the right to defend your life from those who would unjustly take it. We are hindered and prevented from defending our life in many parts of our country today. We cower in fear of criminals who prey on the weak and the innocent. Law abiding citizens are afraid to take appropriate lethal action to defend their life and their family’s lives. When people who defend their lives are punished for doing so, the right to life is not honored.

Liberty

The freedom to act is the essence of liberty. To be a free man is to have the ability to pursue work, religion, and other pursuits of happiness free from constraints. The free man acts. The enslaved man asks permission. In what area of our lives in this culture can we act without permission from the Government? Can you legally work for someone without getting permission from the government? Can you open and run your own business without first gaining permission from the government? What business transaction can you engage in that doesn’t require government permission or taxation? Even in the process of exercising our unalienable right to “keep and bear arms” our government unjustly regulates and restricts this right. When a process or action is regulated, it is controlled. When it is controlled, it is not free.

Property

The right to property is the final essential human right that we will discuss in this article. The Declaration of Independence referenced this right with the phrase “the pursuit of happiness” due to the broad nature of the concept of “property”. Pursuing happiness is what one does when creating or acquiring property. Whether you buy things, earn money, or build something, you are in your pursuit of happiness. It is the right to own the product of your labor, your creation, your effort, and your money. Theft is where one person unjustly takes another person’s property. The Income Tax is where the government unjustly takes a person’s property. Eminent Domain has become so frequently abused by government that it no longer represents what the Founders intended for it to be. Eminent Domain was intended for the Government to be able to buy people’s property for public use that would benefit everyone. More frequently, cities, counties, states and the federal government misuse their Eminent Domain authority to destroy property values in order to pay a devalued price on private land in order to sell it to a developer who uses it for commercial reasons. Property Tax is another unconstitutional , unjust law that effectively confiscates privately owned property due to unpaid tax debts. If you have paid cash for your land for years and neglect to pay property taxes, your land can be taken from you and sold to pay your tax burden. When we no longer have the ability to own property that cannot be confiscated by the government, then we are not free.

Now That You Know What Will You Do?

In the mid-1700s, Great Britain was recognized as the greatest free-est nation on earth. Our founding fathers saw the truth. Rather than compare Great Britain to the rest of the nations of the earth and draw the relative conclusion that it was the best because it was free-er than the other nations, our forefathers compared their actual experience of British “justice” to what they knew to be our God-given rights. We are the result of God’s creation, therefore we belong to him (property). God is a free agent (Liberty). And finally, God is life itself (Life). These three qualities are our heritage and our destiny. Yet we do not have a government which honors this. Therefore we are not free. Freedom is lost by increments and gained through leaps. Now that you know we have incrementally lost our freedoms since our founding, what leaps are you willing to make to restore our liberty?

In 1934, Nikola Tesla applied for a patent on a mechanical Reciprocating Machine.  This machine was an electromechanical earth-resonance oscillator and was intended for prospecting for minerals beneath the surface of the earth.  It has become known as the “Earthquake Machine” because  he created a localized earthquake in his Manhattan workshop that shook several nearby buildings when he used it.  The shocked neighbors called the police who arrived just as Tesla was smashing the machine with a sledgehammer to get it to stop.  He referred to this technology as “Telegeodynamics“.  It created a shallow, regionalized earthquakes with no significant aftershocks.
